1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bali77" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://bali77.cam and its affiliated operating entities.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" / "User" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the bali77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable gaming account created by a Player on the bali77 platform.
• "Balance" — the total monetary value held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's Account by bali77.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the Player via any supported payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.).
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identification documents.
• "Game" — any sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, slot title, live dealer session, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform or placing wagers is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond bali77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, power failures, or cyber-attacks.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bali77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bali77 enforces strict age verification and will suspend any Account where the Player is found to be under 21 years old.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by bali77 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or have had your Account closed by bali77 for any reason related to breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this clause. bali77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend access pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the bali77 platform. Creating duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, along with the forfeiture of any Balances therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. bali77 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). bali77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify bali77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bali77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bali77 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after completion of applicable withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4 KYC Verification

bali77 is committed to responsible and compliant operation. Accordingly, we implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all Accounts. You may be required to submit KYC documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

4.1 Accepted Documents

• Proof of Identity: Valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card), Passport, or SIM (Driver's Licence).
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document clearly showing your date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of your bank account, e-wallet screen, or card confirming ownership and your registered name matches the Account name.

4.2 Verification Timelines

bali77 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 3–5 business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. bali77 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bali77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; current minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where your name does not appear, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible or held pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your Account. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000
• Standard processing time: 2–24 hours, subject to KYC status and bank processing schedules
• VIP Gold tier members: Priority processing typically completed within 15 minutes–2 hours
• Withdrawals may be delayed during Indonesian national public holidays, Idul Fitri / Lebaran periods, or scheduled bank maintenance windows

bali77 reserves t he right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or where unusual wagering patterns have been detected.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the bali77 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bali77 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bali77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, and maximum bet limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must read promotion-specific terms carefully before opting in.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred to another Account or exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• bali77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through irregular wagering patterns — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, using multiple Accounts, or colluding with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to the same Wagering Requirements as the original Bonus amount unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

6.3 VIP Loyalty Program

bali77 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program. Points are awarded based on real-money wagering activity and may be redeemed in accordance with the loyalty program terms, which are subject to change. bali77 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at its sole discretion. VIP status is not transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to another person.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the bali77 platform — including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, slot titles, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) livestream events — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). bali77's RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and fair outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and accessible within the Platform.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds for all sporting events — including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are set by bali77's trading team and are subject to change without notice before an event commences. All pre-match bets accepted before a material change in odds are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. 7.3 Malfunctions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bali77 platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any Game or the Platform generally.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the Platform's integrity systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bali77 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bali77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game assets, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of bali77 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bali77.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used on the Platform under valid licensing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bali77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bali77 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or maintenance downtime.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, etc.).
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events.
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bali77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

bali77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bali77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications and uses industry-standard security measures to protect Player data. However, no online transmission is entirely risk-free, and Players use the Platform at their own risk with respect to data security beyond what bali77 controls.

13 Amendments

bali77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file, or by a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform. The revised Terms will specify an effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bali77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that they access the Platform on a voluntary basis and that it is their own responsibility to determine the lawfulness of doing so under applicable Indonesian law. bali77 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
